Helen Butler has over 8 years experience within the HR field, working across a range of industry sectors. She moved into a specialist HR recruitment role within a global organisation some 6 years ago where she achieved great success.

Helen thoroughly enjoys working with business’ to achieve best practice from a HR perspective, but also being a business owner, understands commercial realities that come with structuring innovative business solutions to suit your requirements.

She also believes in the fundamental values that candidates’ careers are incredibly important. Career progression and counseling is critical to ensuring that the business is based on ongoing relationships, not one-off transactional arrangements.

Helen brings a unique mix of HR and Recruitment expertise to the business ensuring ongoing high standards, honesty, transparency and ensuring that business and candidate requirements can be discussed and planned confidentially.

Lisa Grantham

Lisa has 15 years of professional corporate experience including a blend of Recruitment, Business Coaching, Learning & Development and Business Improvement accountabilities.

Lisa began her recruitment career in 1999 where she recruited both permanent and interim Financial Services and Human Resources professionals in the London market. Arriving in Melbourne in 2004, Lisa has focused on executive recruitment for a leading global recruiter working across numerous sectors delivering recruitment solutions up to Director Level for international corporates and ASX listed companies.

In 2009 Lisa joined the inhouse Talent Team at Bupa, a leading Health Insurer incorporating HBA, MBF and Mutual Community. As a member of the newly created AHRI award winning team, Lisa was responsible for the recruitment in Victoria for the corporate functions, including HR , Marketing, Finance and Sales. After a successful 18 months Lisa has joined her good friend and long term business colleague Helen Butler at Inspired People Solutions in late 2010.
